Life Chemicals released a new database of small organic molecules
Life Chemicals is pleased to announce the release of a new database of small organic molecules.
The updated collection includes more than 790 000 original compounds. On-line search
Over 8,000 Building Blocks for in-house discovery projects. This database includes active intermediates, which are not available from commercial catalogues. Every building block in the Collection is at least 95% pure, as validated by NMR and LC-MS. On-line search
- Over 40,000 Fragments with MW (less than 300) and cLogP (less than 3) including Fluorine and Fsp3-enriched Fragments.
- Over 2,300 original Scaffold-Based Libraries.
- Pre-plated Diversity Sets ready for screening (50 uL of 10mM solution in DMSO in 384 well plates). Libraries available: 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K diverse and non-overlapping compounds at very competitive prices from EUR 0.75/compound.
- Over 30 Targeted Libraries that have been made using receptor based or ligand based approach. Two new targeted libraries have been added: PPI (6,700 compounds) and Epigenetics (1,100 compounds).
