Natural-like Compounds

Life Chemicals presents a collection of Natural Product-like compounds, containing two subsets generated through the following approaches:

• Similarity Search Based Library (900 compounds) - Commercial databases (Timetek, Specnet, Analyticon,  Selleckwere) were used as a reference for selection.

• Chemoinformatics & Substructure Search Based Library (2,000 compounds) - Superposition of chemical descriptors calculation and natural-likeness scoring.

• Natural Product-like Fragment Library  (3,100 compounds) - Scaffold Tree approach and similarity search
